When the metal engraving machine works, the spindle of the engraving machine is reversed because the line connecting the inverter to the main shaft is reversed, and the plug of the two lines can be replaced. If the spindle is reversed, if the MDF is engraved, the tool will be damaged. The tool can be cut and processed in a short time. Sometimes it will be burnt red even if it is not broken, so this abnormal situation should be stopped to check the spindle.
Five, small metal engraving machine failure analysis:
1. There are two reasons for the limit opening and triggering or exceeding the working range; the mechanical switch and the interference trigger of the limit switch; whether the machine returns to the origin before the operation, and whether the processing data parameter exceeds the processing size of the mechanical table.
2. Check the sensor switch of the limit switch. If there is any contact with the workpiece scrap, if there is contact with the workpiece scrap, the problem of cleaning the workpiece waste can be handled. If there is no metal object contact, check the limit switch wiring to find the fault of the line. Can be eliminated.
3. After the machine has a limit alarm, it should stop working actively. At this time, in the operation master system, select the “Return to machine origin” item under the “Operation” menu, and clear the three axes at the same time, and then continue to mark the point. The problem can be handled.
